Who may use it

Spiffy is not open for sign-ups. Only people given a login by its owners may use it. Keep your login to yourself; you are responsible for what is done with it.

Your videos and channels

• Connect only YouTube channels you own or are allowed to manage.
• Spiffy uploads a video only when you press Upload, after you have watched and signed off on it. You are responsible for what you publish: that it is accurate, that you have the right to publish it, and that it follows the YouTube Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
• Uploads are marked as altered or synthetic content by default. Keep that label on whenever YouTube's rules call for it.
• You can disconnect a channel at any time; videos already on YouTube stay until you delete them there.

AI-made content

Scripts, pictures, voices and music are made with AI services (Anthropic, Venice, ElevenLabs, Google Gemini) and can contain mistakes. Check every video before you publish it. Don't use Spiffy to make content that is unlawful, misleading, hateful, or that copies someone else's work or likeness without permission.

Google and YouTube

Spiffy uses YouTube API Services. Using it to connect a channel also means agreeing to the YouTube Terms of Service and to the Google Privacy Policy. What Spiffy does with your data is in our privacy policy.

No warranty

Spiffy is provided as is, without any warranty. Its owners are not liable for any loss arising from its use, including videos that fail to render or upload, as far as the law allows. Access may be changed, paused or ended at any time.
